Publicist, travel biker and cook. Passionate promoter of the regional cuisine of northern Peru and street food, creator of new gastronomic formats. He is the first Food Trucker in Peru and founder-president of the Food Trucks Association of Peru.

Has developed brands such as: Agallas (Cantina Cevichera), Provinciano (Barra Criolla), Hit ´n Run (Food Truck), El Caliente (Food Truck), and Lima Pop Up Restaurant (Themed pop up dinners), as well as Casero; a digital platform that helps entrepreneurs sell their gastronomic products online.

He´s participated developing gastronomic concepts that are trending in Peru, such as Mistura, Mercado 28, YOY Lima Box Park, Filo Fest, Cusqueña Terra, among others.

Host at a Tv Show “Los Food Truckers”, he also participated in the tv show “Maestros del Ceviche” at an Argentinian channel “El Gourmet”. Finalist of the reality show “Maestros del Sabor” by Cerveza Cusqueña. Biker and main host at “La Ruta Está Servida”, that is currently being broadcasted by Claro Tv.
