He´s participated developing gastronomic concepts that are trending in Peru, such as Mistura, Mercado 28, YOY Lima Box Park, Filo Fest, Cusqueña Terra, among others.
Host at a Tv Show “Los Food Truckers”, he also participated in the tv show “Maestros del Ceviche” at an Argentinian channel “El Gourmet”.
